    Reference supplements: I’ve used gu and carbboom. I like mini-snickers and clif bars. I guess when my mileage gets beyond 60 miles a week I should look into something else. I eat so much food though (Italian spouse!) maybe that’s why I haven’t looked into supplements yet. Someone told me hammer gel is the good stuff.
