Before you can publish your podcast, you'll need to upload it to Podbean. Uploading a podcast is simple. Click on the Upload tab from your Dashboard and you will automatically be taken to the Media Manager page. Just click on the Upload button in the middle of the page, and then click the "Browse" button. Select the file you'd like to upload, and then click upload. That's it! For larger files, you may wish or need to use an FTP uploader. You can find full directions on how to do this in Chapter 2.
